Reasons to visit Seville

Seville is one of the great triumvirate of Andalucian cities, along with Granada and Córdoba. Seville was one of the hugely wealthy cities that profited from Spain's American empire, and it retains much of the spectacular architecture from that era. Of special note of course is the cathedral and the famous "Giralda" bell tower.

The two big events of the Seville calendar are Easter and April Fair. Both are massive events full of spectacular costumes, ceremonies and parades. Be sure to book early for these times as the city fills very quickly.
